Currently serving as the Mess Manager at Symbiosis International University, Pune, I oversee catering for residential medical students and ensure high standards of hygiene, food quality, and operational efficiency. Previously, I worked as Assistant Mess Manager at Sanjeevan Knowledge City, managing the food services for a fully residential school and engineering college. I also owned and managed Mad-Asia Biryani House in Mumbai for 5 years, gaining hands-on experience in restaurant operations, take-away, delivery, and event catering for weddings, corporate meetings, and more.
