Ltd.) in Coimbatore, where I manage daily café operations in a fast-paced environment. My responsibilities include staff hiring, training, shift scheduling, inventory and stock control, cash flow tracking, and maintaining high service standards. I actively handle customer feedback and resolve operational or staff-related issues to ensure a smooth and positive guest experience. I also focus on optimizing labor costs and improving operational efficiency. Previously, I worked as a Café Manager at Ohhio Chocolates, where I oversaw daily operations, coordinated with suppliers, managed inventory, and ensured consistent quality and customer satisfaction. I played a key role in building a team-oriented work culture and maintaining smooth front-end and back-end operations. Before that, I founded and operated my own café in Tiruppur for nearly four years.
