- About Myself: In my previous role, I was responsible for preparing Ala Carte menus, setting up bakery buffets, and maintaining strict hygiene and cleanliness standards. I also managed groceries inventory and coordinated with the purchase team, which strengthened my ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while ensuring quality and efficiency. During my industrial training at Ramada by Wyndham, I gained exposure across multiple departments including Food & Beverage Service, Kitchen Operations, Front Office, and Housekeeping. This experience equipped me with a holistic understanding of hotel operations, excellent guest service etiquette, and the ability to work effectively within a team. I would also like to share that I took a short career break due to personal and health reasons. During this time, I was blessed to become an aunt to a little girl and also needed to focus on my well-being. Now, having fully regained my health, I am eager and motivated to restart my career with bringing renewed energy, dedication, and passion for hospitality.
