Job Description:

Office Location: Lane No. 07, North Main road, Koregaon park, Pune.
Experience required: 2-3 years hands-on corporate experience as a Sales/ Business Development Executive in hospitality industry. Experience preferred form Hotel or hospitality Marketing.
Qualification Required: Any Graduate & Post Graduate or MBA in Marketing or hospitality mgt.
Salary Offered: As per company norms.
Job Requirements:
• Own vehicle 2 wheeler with license is a must.
• Ready to travel near pune or tourist places in pune.
Skills Required:
• Candidate should have Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with multitasking,
Presentable, organizational ability and good convincing power.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi & Marathi)
• Expert in MS Office (Word, excel, power point and google sheets.)
• Expert in team making and target oriented.
• Internet savvy, good in Social Media organizer.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Clear understanding of the hospitality business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
2. Conducts daily sales calls and arrange visits to resorts, hotels, farm house business and communicate with their owners.
3. The role requires the candidates to be able to take ownership of approx 50 farm houses.
4. Candidates should be able to generate the leads from different sources.
5. Provide best experience to the customers and good services.
6. Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales.
7. Work closely with Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotels.
8. Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
Note: Candidate should be from pune location. Laptop and Bike is mandatory with two wheeler license.
