Job Description:

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding
of Prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Office Location: Lane No. 07, North Main road, Koregaon park, Pune.
Experience required: 1-3 years hands-on corporate experience in hospitality industry /
Travel industry.
Travel operations Executive Responsibilities:
• Making quotation, travel itineraries, tour packages, costing to the customers
• Arranging Hotel Booking, as per the Travel itineraries in very effective and systematic
manner to optimize time slots and priority.
• Communicating with suppliers & service providers
• Answering Calls both In-bound and Out-bound
• Follow up with clients by phone/email about their queries.
• Keeping track on documentation, payments.
• Follow-up with customers for feedback about their experience of the tour and service
• Follow the set SLA and guidelines
• Meet the set target
Qualifications
• Bachelors in Commerce/Tourism/Arts +
• 1+ Year Experience in holidays and travel industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Should be multi-lingual
• Ability to ask open-ended questions and uncover information
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Well organized, meticulous attention to detail with ability to multi-tas
