As a Kitchen Supervisor at KST, you will oversee the smooth operation of the kitchen, ensuring that all culinary activities are carried out efficiently and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include supervising kitchen staff, coordinating food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. You will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to recipes and specifications, and that food safety regulations are strictly adhered to. Additionally, you will assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and menu planning. The Kitchen Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality and consistency of our culinary offerings while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment in the kitchen.
