We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to lead our bar operations in our Indian establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of bar operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, cocktail menu development, and ensuring compliance with alcohol regulations and safety standards. The Bar Manager will also be responsible for training and motivating staff, managing costs and expenses, and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales.
