Job Description:

“Dealing with the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements
Sourcing/ Screening profiles according to the job specifications
Conducting preliminary interviews & salary negotiations with identified candidates.
Post offer follow up till joining.
Ensures the joining of the selected candidates
Maintaining the hiring status and Closures done
Maintaining attendance and salary registers.
Payroll Management.
Employee engagement activities.
PF & ESIC.
