Job Description:

Responsibilities
• Stock and sort supplies
• Vacuum, clean, dust and polish guest rooms
• Make beds, change sheets, remove and replace used towels and toiletries
• Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests e.g. iron and ironing boards
• Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests
• Perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g. steam clean carpets) as required
• Know how to use the range of chemicals used in hotels.
• Know how to operate a vacuum cleaner, injection/extraction shampoo machine, dry foam machine, floor scrubbing machine, high pressure washer.
• Responsible for upkeep, maintaining the property aesthetically as per international standards.
• Responsible for highlighting the any kind of escalations, incident or emergency to the reporting authority.
Required Skills
• Graduate – Undergraduate.
• Between 21 and 30 years old. No medical issues fit and healthy.
• Ability to follow instruction
• Detail-oriented
• Professional attitude is required
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent time management skills
• Flexible attitude towards work, colleagues and guests.
• Have at least 1-year experience working as a housekeeping attendant in a 5-star hotel in India or the Middle East and understand what luxury service means.
• Good communication skills are an asset.
• Speak enough English to understand training in English and be able to speak to guests and colleagues.
• Good organizational skills
