Responsibilities
• Meet guests when they arrive and getting them settled in their rooms
• Have a thorough understanding of all spirits and specialty foods in stock
• Assess and restock wine and spirit collections as necessary
• Serve meals and pour drinks for guests
• Communicate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleaned at the most convenient time for guests
• Run errands for guests when necessary
• Responsible for upkeep, maintaining the property aesthetically as per international standards.
• Recommend and arrange amenities for guests
• See guests off when they check out
• Keep up to date on all Organisation policies on safety and hygiene
• Perform all duties with discretion, professionalism and a pleasant demeanour
• Responsible for highlighting the any kind of escalations, incident or emergency to the reporting authority.
Required Skills
• Graduate – preferred from Hotel management background.
• Have at least 1-year experience as a Butler / Helper in a 5-star hotel in India or the Middle East and understand what luxury service means.
• Speak enough English to understand training in English and be able to speak to guests and colleagues.
• Between 21 and 30 years old. No medical issues fit and healthy.
• Good organizational skills
• Know how to cook different cuisines.
• Basic Food / alcohol serving courtesy,
• Ability to follow instruction
• Detail-oriented
• Professional attitude is required
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent at Multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Flexible attitude towards work, colleagues and guests.
