Role Overview:
As a Front Office Executive, you will be the face of ADA Abode, responsible for delivering exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out. You will ensure smooth operations at the front desk, handle guest inquiries, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the hotel’s standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Manage check-in/check-out procedures using hotel software.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
• Maintain accurate records and process payments.
• Ensure front desk cleanliness and organization.
• Uphold hotel policies and security procedures.
• Assist with concierge services.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Degree/diploma in Hospitality Management.
• 1–3 years of front office or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in hotel software (IDS, Opera, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanour.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
