Job description: F & B Waiter/ Captain/ Trainee
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and friendly waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for food and beverage service. The waiter will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Take orders from customers and input them into the POS system
Ensure accuracy of orders and communicate any special requests to the kitchen
Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner
Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
Clear tables and reset them for the next customer
Handle cash and credit card transactions and make change accurately
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
