CAG Pride is a reputed 4-star business class hotel known for its commitment to excellence in guest service, modern amenities, and professional hospitality standards. We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our front office team.
Job Summary:
The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, managing staff performance, and contributing to the hotel's overall sales and operational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, prior experience in similar-sized properties, and a solid understanding of front office systems and guest engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day front office operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and concierge services.
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and handle any escalated guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to maintain service excellence.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Monitor room inventory and work closely with the sales team to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with hotel policies and standards.
Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support the sales team by assisting in room show rounds, upselling, and promoting hotel services.
Prepare duty rosters, manage shift coverage, and monitor staff performance.
Ensure billing accuracy and coordinate closely with the accounts department.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a 3 or 4-star hotel.
Minimum 4–6 years of relevant hotel industry experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Working knowledge of hotel property management systems (e.g., IDS, Opera, or equivalent).
Good exposure to hotel sales processes and guest relationship management.
Excellent grooming standards and professional etiquette.
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations calmly.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
Experience working in a branded or reputed standalone 4-star property.
Multilingual ability is an added advantage.
