Job Description:

We are hiring for Staff and Cafe Managers positions for a branded Dessert Cafe in North & South Goa. We serve freshly baked Waffles, Pancakes and Milkshakes.
*Manager Roles & responsibilities*
$ Manage the entire store and its staff.
$ Prepare roster of staff and make sure enough availability of staff at all times.
$ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales & consumption reports (training provided).
$Making sure the quality of products served is as per company standard.
$ Tally all cash/card/delivery sales with regular Cash deposits in Bank.
$ Make local raw material purchases.
$ Duty hours- Various shifts for 6 days a week with 1 weekly off
$ Shift timings
Panjim, Madgaon & Vasco- 4pm to 1.30am
Baga & Anjuna timings are: 7pm to 4.30 am
Work Details
- Salary Offering: Rs.18000 -22000
- Experience: 3 Years
