Job Title: Accounts Executive
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and financial documentation using Tally.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company cash flow.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle payroll processing and related statutory compliance.
- Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Liaise with auditors for internal and external audits.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with financial regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for all financial transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
