Job Title: Payroll Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing payroll for our organization, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. *Payroll Processing*: Manage and process payroll for employees, including calculating salaries, benefits, and deductions.
2. *Compliance*: Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
3. *Data Management*: Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including employee data, salary details, and benefits information.
4. *Reporting*: Prepare and submit payroll reports, including statutory reports and management reports.
5. *Employee Support*: Provide support to employees on payroll-related queries and issues.
6. *Audit and Compliance*: Participate in payroll audits and ensure compliance with internal and external audits.
Requirements:
1. *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or MBA HR
2. *Experience*: 2-5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a similar industry.
3. *Skills*: Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Excel.
