- About Myself: Currently associated as Corporate Executive Chef with Meraki Hospitality which operates The Urban Foundry restaurants, I am currently incharge of the entire culinary operations for the group. I have previously worked with Travel food services Chennai overseeing the food served at the Chennai airport. Prior to that I with VM Hospitality where I researched and launched the first Ethiopian Restaurant in South India and a Parsi Concept restaurant Batlivala&Khanaboy. My last stint in the Hotels was with The Raintree, St. Mary's Chennai as Executive Chef, where I re-launched the entire F&B concepts post a full renovation, earlier I was the Executive Chef at The Raintree, Annasalai Chennai where I was part of the Pre-opening team, went on to launch the entire F&B operations, implement quality standards, improve brand awareness and promote restaurants. I started my career with The Park Hotels as a Management Trainee completing my education from WGSHA (Welcome school), Manipal.
