In Taj Umeid Bhawan Palace I have worked in all the departments front office, house keeping, F&B and food production. The major part of my work is dedicated to bakery. In Taj Umeid Bhawan Palace I have worked in bakery for more than 3 months. Baking is my passion. There I have learnt preparation of different types of breads, cake sponges and different types of pastries.
