- About Myself: To manage succession planning and assist the HR Director with strategy. Specifically, responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards –  Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties: documentation, filing, meeting employees, checking the upkeep of the cafeteria, ensuring daily staff bus pick up and drop is streamlined and lots more.  Provide secretarial support by entering, formatting and printing information, organizing work, answering the telephone, relaying messages, answering employee questions, processing incoming mails, maintaining equipment and supplies.  Coordinate in HR Projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.)  Organized and involved in welfare committee meeting, townhall meeting, employee engagement activities, food festivals and Cleanliness Drive.  Co-ordinate to ensure completion of training for the Company security, fire regulations and other health and safety legislation.
