Job Description:

Cooking: Expertly prepare and cook tandoori, starters, and roti (naan, roti, kulcha) to restaurant standards.
Mise en Place: Prepare marinades, marinate ingredients, and organize the station before service.
Tandoor Maintenance: Manage the clay oven temperature, including lighting, cleaning, and repairing the clay surface.
Hygiene & Safety: Maintain strict sanitation standards and ensure a clean working area.
Inventory Control: Monitor ingredient stock levels, reduce wastage, and report shortages.
Teamwork: Assist the Chef de Partie (CDP) or Sous Chef, and support other kitchen staff
Requirements:
Experience: 1–4 years in the Tandoor section, preferably in a hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
Skills: Proficiency in traditional tandoor cooking techniques, dough preparation, and marinades.
Education: A diploma or certificate in Hospitality/Culinary Arts is preferred.
Physical Ability: Must be able to work in a hot environment and stand for long hours
