Job Description:
-
Prepare and cook traditional Indian tandoori dishes
Operate and maintain tandoor oven and other cooking equipment
Develop new and innovative menu items
Manage food inventory and ensure food quality and freshness
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Train and supervise kitchen staff
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Must have knowledge of Indian spices and cooking techniques
Excellent communication and time management skills required.
