Job Role: Store Manager (Outlet Manager)
Age limit 25 to 35 years
Should be from QSR Background
Brand: Polar Bear Ice-cream Sundae Zone.
Location: Sarjapur road, Bangalore, Karnataka.
The Store Manager at Polar Bear Ice Cream Sundae Zone is responsible for overseeing daily outlet operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The role includes managing store cleanliness, inventory, billing, and cash handling while maintaining health and safety compliance. The manager leads and develops the team through hiring, training, scheduling, and retention efforts, while also monitoring staff performance and addressing customer concerns. Additionally, the role involves achieving sales targets, controlling costs and wastage, maintaining records and SOPs, and collaborating with the Area Manager to ensure smooth operations and continuous business growth.
