Job Description:
-
Responsible for storage of food & beverage and general stock. Able to follow standards for issuing and receiving stock. Should have good knowledge of IDS Hotel software. Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received. Order purchases after assessing the requirement. Maintain day to day inventories of all items. Conduct physical stock audits on a regular basis. Person with Experience in store and purchase in good hotel is preferred.
