We are looking for a reliable and organized multi tasking Store Keeper and front office associate from a hotel industry background to manage our food and beverage storage facilities and also capable of handling daily front office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records of stock levels and movements and at the same time be presentable with good communication skills in all acceptable laguagues (hindi, english, gujarati )and able to handle the daily front of the house activities and tasks. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, and issuing supplies and materials, conducting regular stock checks to ensure accuracy, coordinating with other departments to fulfill their inventory needs, coordinating with supply vendors for on time delivery and also maintaining the timely payments of all vendors. On the front office end the responsibilities will include handling daily check in and check outs, collecting payments and updating in the system, handling walk in guests and proficient enough to present and market our facilities to potential guests.
