Job Description:

    Spa Treatments: Administer a variety of spa treatments, such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, body scrubs, facials, and other body therapies, based on guest preferences and individual requirements. Guest Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations with guests to understand their specific needs, any health concerns, and preferences before recommending suitable treatments. Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the spa's product line and suggest appropriate products to enhance guests' spa experience and meet their skincare or wellness goals. Professionalism: Ensure the highest level of professionalism and guest confidentiality at all times during treatments and interactions with guests. Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms, equipment, and spa facilities in accordance with established protocols and health standards. Schedule Management: Efficiently manage your appointment schedule, ensuring prompt and timely service for guests and allowing sufficient time for cleaning and preparation between sessions. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guests' questions, concerns, and inquiries with a positive and friendly attitude. Upkeep of Spa Area: Help maintain the overall ambiance and serenity of the spa by arranging towels, robes, and other amenities neatly and replenishing supplies as needed. Retail Sales: Promote and sell spa products, retail items, and packages to guests, increasing revenue for the spa. Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper use of equipment and maintaining a safe environment for guests and colleagues. Training and Development: Stay updated on the latest spa treatments, techniques, and industry trends through ongoing training and development opportunities. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other spa team members to ensure smooth spa operations and exceptional guest experiences.
