We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Spa Receptionist to join our team at the hotel's spa. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting spa guests, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, processing payments, and maintaining cleanliness in the reception area. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a positive attitude. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred. Join us in providing guests with a warm and welcoming spa experience from the moment they arrive.
