Responsibilities include preparing and cooking a variety of South Indian dishes such as dosas, idlis, vadas, curries, and chutneys, ensuring authenticity, taste, and presentation. The South Indian Cook will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, managing inventory, and adhering to food safety standards.
