We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic South Indian Cook Assistant to join our culinary team at the hotel. Responsibilities include assisting the South Indian Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of South Indian dishes, such as dosas, idlis, vadas, and sambar, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate should have a passion for South Indian cuisine, basic knowledge of South Indian cooking techniques, and a willingness to learn and grow in a professional kitchen environment. No prior professional experience is required, but culinary education or training is preferred.
