We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Shawarma Maker to join our culinary team at the hotel. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking delicious shawarma wraps or sandwiches, ensuring quality and consistency in taste and presentation, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the shawarma-making area. The ideal candidate should have expertise in shawarma preparation techniques, including marinating meat, assembling wraps or sandwiches, and operating shawarma equipment. Previous experience as a Shawarma Maker or similar role in a professional kitchen environment is preferred. Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position.
