We are currently looking for a proactive and results-driven Customer Service Executive to join our team at the bakery outlet. Responsibilities include managing and attending customers for counter sales, billing, handling promotions on various platforms, stock taking and maintenance . The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a customer-centric approach. Previous experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry, is preferred. Join us in driving revenue growth and expanding our business.
