Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and well-spoken Sales Assistant to help manage guest inquiries and support room sales for our resort. The role involves handling calls, emails, and social media messages, sharing room details and offers, and following up with guests to confirm bookings.
The ideal candidate should be polite, confident, and good at communication — someone who enjoys helping guests plan their stay and maintaining a professional brand image.
Responsibilities:
Respond to guest inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Share details about rooms, packages, and facilities in a clear and friendly manner.
Maintain inquiry and booking records using Google Sheets or Excel.
Coordinate with the front desk and operations team for upcoming check-ins.
Build good relationships with repeat and potential guests.
Requirements:
Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi; able to understand basic English.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Confident using WhatsApp, Instagram, Gmail, and Google Sheets.
Prior experience in hospitality or customer handling preferred.
