Job Description:

    ? Corporate room sales ? Handling Travel Agent's requests, assisting them with FIT rates, Group booking Rates & preparing Packages. ? Represent hotel in various events and exhibition ? Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection tours to hotel by corporate ? Travels approximately 75% of work time (generally within local area). ? Building and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers & Generates new business through telemarketing, networking and cold-calling ? Developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients ? Dedicates approximately eighty percent (80%) of work time to customer contact sales solicitation. ? Develops and implements sales and marketing strategies for new and existing accounts that will result in meeting and/or exceeding budgeted revenue. ? Prepare proposals CVGR (Company Volume Guaranteed Rate) contract letter ? Marketing for Hotel promotions/offers ? Product Positioning & Branding ? Web & Print Content Development, Event Management ? Focus Group & Market Research ? Sets goals and formulates action plans for soliciting and maintaining business based on the targeted market segments. ? In conjunction with the GM - Sales & Marketing compile figures and sales reports for management on a monthly/Weekly basis.
