Job Description:

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Responsible to develop and foster business through direct sales Marketing, telemarketing, direct mails. 2. Seeking appointment and tours to the guest/potential clients. 3. Conducting meetings and property show around to the Guests. 4. Contact guests via calls or arranged meetings to discover their needs and requirements 5. Develop strategic action plans with assistance of sales manager. 6. To drive measurable incremental sales revenue. 7. Meeting the guests for the corporate tie-ups with regards to their conferences / Events. 8. Identify the area of opportunities in performance and individual to identify sales and work resources. 9. Responsible for corporate travel agents and room sales for the resort. 10. Prepare and present sales proposal to potential clients, highlighting the best features and qualities of the hotel and resort 11. Provide guests with a list of available services and their accompanying prices and offer discounts when necessary with prior approval. 12. Assist guests in selecting the most appropriate service that best meet their specifications and needs. 13. Oversee the booking and reservation of space in a hotel to ensure availability and proper arrangement 14. Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure clients have a good experience 15. Provide quick and timely response for immediate communication to the guests. 16. Closely follow up on the business leads within 24 hrs response timeline to the clients. 17. Maintain contact with clients to obtain feedback and to discuss opportunities for future business deals 18. Participate in sales calls individually or with team members to acquire new business and/or close on business. 19. Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
