We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to various departments as needed. The Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth operations in the front office.
