Hotel Nikanshvee is a cozy and budget-friendly property located in the heart of Udaipur. We pride ourselves on offering warm hospitality, spacious rooms, and a comfortable stay experience. With a beautiful rooftop restaurant and an event-friendly banquet hall, we cater to both tourists and locals alike.
Job Role:
As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your role is to ensure smooth check-ins, assist with guest needs, manage bookings, and maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Manage online and walk-in reservations
Answer phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries
Coordinate with housekeeping and kitchen staff for guest requirements
Handle payment processing and maintain accurate records
Assist in managing banquet/event bookings if needed
Provide local information to guests about tourist spots, transportation, etc.
Maintain the cleanliness and order of the reception area
Requirements:
Prior experience in front desk/hospitality preferred (freshers may apply)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, booking platforms)
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Well-groomed, polite, and responsible
Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Shift Timings:
Morning / Evening (rotational basis)
