Blubridge Technologies is seeking an Office Administrator to manage daily office activities and ensure smooth administrative operations. The role involves coordinating office supplies and procurement, overseeing vendor relationships (including food, cab, and facility services), handling security and utilities management, and managing communication channels such as emails, calls, and correspondence. Responsibilities also include scheduling meetings, coordinating events, maintaining expenditure records, ensuring office cleanliness and organization, preparing regular reports, and supporting various departments for seamless operations. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree, possess strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and be capable of multitasking and managing time effectively. Prior experience in office management, vendor handling, or facility services is an added advantage. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to an innovative AI research organization, work in a collaborative environment, and grow professionally in administrative management and operations.
