Job Description:
-
A leading hospitality chain is looking for a middle management level QC Manager:
-Knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP
-QC Audit experience of back of house and front of the house with effective formats
-knowledge on food supply chain compliances & Regulations
-Best practices on Food Production and POS / front of the house.
-Knowledge on SOPs and Documentation to ensure compliance for QC audits etc.
Developing and implementing QA protocols for meat, chicken, fish, seafood, RTE, and
RTC products to ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, and other standards.
Conducting ongoing internal and external audits, preparing reports, and addressing non-
conformities promptly. Currently monitoring pest control measures for timely execution.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date QA documentation, including QA checklists, audit
reports, and compliance records. Preparing and presenting quality reports to management.
Leading and mentoring the QA team to ensure effective quality management practices.
Conducting training sessions for staff on quality standards, hygiene practices, and food
