Hiring: Procurement Manager | ITC Hotels | Hyderabad
Location: Hyderabad, India
Experience: 10–12 Years
Industry Preference: Hospitality / Hotels
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join a leading luxury hotel group. This role requires strong expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor development, and end-to-end procurement operations within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead procurement activities ensuring cost optimization, quality, and timely supply
* Develop and manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts and pricing
* Drive sourcing strategies for F&B, OS&E, CapEx and other hotel categories
* Ensure compliance with procurement policies, standards, and sustainability initiatives
* Analyze market trends, prepare spend reports, and identify improvement opportunities
* Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional teams for efficient supply chain performance
* Mitigate supply risks and maintain accurate documentation and inventory control processes
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
* 10–12 years of procurement experience in the **hospitality industry**
* Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract administration skills
* In-depth understanding of F&B and hotel operations procurement
* Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement analytics tools
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
