Job Description:

We are looking for a Neapolitan Pizza Chef (Commis I) with hands-on experience in dough preparation and wood-fired or stone-deck pizza ovens. The candidate should be passionate about pizza making, able to handle service pressure, and maintain consistent quality.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare Neapolitan pizza dough including fermentation, hydration, and portioning
Operate wood-fired or stone-deck pizza oven during service
Maintain consistency in pizza baking, texture, and cornicione
Prepare pizza sauces, toppings, and mise-en-place as per SOP
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the pizza section
Handle service rush efficiently and support kitchen team
Requirements
Experience in Neapolitan or artisanal pizza making preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Ability to follow recipes and standard operating procedures
Physically fit and disciplined
Willing to work weekends and rotational weekly offs
