We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Oriental Chef to join our culinary team in our new fine dine establishment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing a variety of dishes from Asian cuisines such as Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and Vietnamese. Responsibilities include menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation for Oriental dishes. The Oriental Chef will also be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.
