"•Oversee F&B operations, banquet coordination, and guest experience initiatives in collaboration with the Head Chef and F&B Manager.
•Manage procurement, inventory, and cost control across departments including kitchen, housekeeping, and maintenance.
•Monitor and enhance service quality, guest feedback, and curated experiences for high-value clients.
•Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance functions to ensure quality standards and sustainability goals.
•Coordinate operational reporting, vendor management, and support ongoing project and refurbishment activities."
