Job for Operational Manager

Job Description:

Roles and responsibility Setting up the pune hub aligning the team towards their targets, direction and planning. Recruitment and Handling team of new joiner. Setting up the business for a new brand in Pune market, with marketing strategy, online communication , branding, corporate, emc’s Travel agents. Setting Up/contracting of more than 50 Properties in Pune .Keeping track of all corporate and social leads to cater in all ways. Providing one solution under one roof and make sure the smooth flow of event. Preparing, presenting and pitching to prospective clients. Actively raising cold leads and dealing with warm leads to build new relationships and engaging existing clients through regular sales calls, tele-calls, mailers and hotel/property owner meetings. Developing and maintaining commercial relationships with vendors, partners and third parties. Identify and address unique customer requirements with business units and internal sales support functions Keeping track of Property room’s occupancy, availability & ARR on a daily basis. Knowledgeable in hotel and guest room bookings, facilities/services. Coordinates and arrange group reservations activity with as a Sales Department and Revenue Manager Must have previous knowledge in Hotel Booking Platform operations. Must have knowledge of marketing of hotels,villas,resorts Requirements Good knowledge of entire Reservation Procedure according to Hotel Bookings and Review reservation booked daily. Should be Highly focused on revenue generation and to meet the targets. 5+ Year Experience in holidays and travel industry Excellent communication skills 2 wheeler with a license is a must.
