Job Description:

Responsibilities include to ensure some running of all facilities in the hotel and ensure timely repairs. Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance. Organizing repair, installation and renovation projects. The person should have good knowledge in plumbing, carpentry, electric work, HVAC systems, civil work. Experience in maintenance dept. in good hotels in required for the position.
