We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maharashtrian Cook to join our culinary team at the hotel. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking a variety of authentic Maharashtrian dishes, such as Puran Poli, Misal Pav, and Varan Bhaat, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Maharashtrian cuisine, including knowledge of traditional recipes, spices, and cooking techniques. Previous experience as a Maharashtrian Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen environment is required. Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential for success in this position.
