We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our culinary team at the hotel. Responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, delegating tasks to kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and hygiene standards are met, and assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a supervisory role in a kitchen environment, strong leadership and communication skills, and a thorough understanding of food safety regulations. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this position.
