Job Description:

Position – 5
Gender - Open to all gender (male / female / trans)
Location – Multiple Locations in Pune - Baner, Prabhat Road, Camp, Viman Nagar
Experience – 0 to 3 years working in the kitchen.
Freshers from Hotel Management institutes can also apply.
• The candidate should be able to prepare:
o Quick snacks menu items like sandwiches, maggi, pasta etc
o Hot and Cold Beverages like chai, cold coffee etc.
o Basic Chinese Cuisines like fried rice and hakka noodles.
o Knowing any additional cuisines will be added advantage.
o On-job training on recipes will be provided.
• The candidate should be able to work in only an electric cooking set-up.
• The candidate should be comfortable cleaning cooking equipment & utensils and the cooking area.
• The candidate should know and follow all basic hygiene and cooking protocols.
• The candidate will be responsible for the overall management and running of the business centre. In the starting, the candidate will be independently handling the business centre all by himself/herself, with the guidance of the central team. As the business grows more employees will be added.
• The candidate should be ok working with a rotation of location, long hours & late night.
• Candidates with 2 wheelers will be preferred.
