Job Description:We are in search of a skilled and creative Kebab Specialist, specializing in Awadhi-style kebabs, to join our culinary team. As a Kebab Specialist, your role will involve:
>Mastering the art of Awadhi-style kebab preparation, including marination, skewering, and grilling techniques.
>Creating a diverse range of kebabs, showcasing a deep understanding of traditional Awadhi flavors and spices.
>Ensuring that kebabs are cooked to perfection, maintaining a balance of tenderness and flavor.
>Collaborating with the kitchen team to coordinate kebab orders and maintain a smooth cooking process.
>Upholding high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in the kebab preparation area.
>Experimenting with kebab recipes to introduce innovative and enticing options to our menu.
>Maintaining a keen awareness of customer preferences and feedback regarding kebab offerings, and adjusting recipes accordingly.
>Collaborating with the restaurant's marketing team to promote kebab specials and featured items.
>Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations related to kebab preparation and grilling.
>Providing input on the selection and sourcing of high-quality meats and spices for kebab production.
