Job Description:

Are you a culinary enthusiast with a passion for crafting mouthwatering kebabs that delight the senses? As a Kebab Expert, you will play a pivotal role in curating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of kebabs, using a range of meats, vegetables, and marinades to create delectable flavors.
Expertly operate grills, skewers, and other cooking equipment to ensure precise cooking times and optimal taste.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop innovative kebab recipes and menu offerings.
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are maintained at all times.
Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff on kebab preparation techniques.
Monitor inventory levels, place orders for ingredients, and maintain a well-stocked kebab station.
Uphold presentation standards by arranging kebabs in an appealing and visually appetizing manner.
Interact with customers, taking orders and addressing any special dietary requirements or preferences.
Continuously strive to enhance the kebab offerings, keeping up with industry trends and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Kebab Expert or similar role in a culinary setting.
In-depth knowledge of various meats, marinades, and grilling techniques.
Creativity in crafting unique and flavorful kebab combinations.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency.
Flexibility in working evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
