We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Halwai (Sweets Maker) to join our team in our Indian establishment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing a variety of Indian sweets and desserts, including traditional favorites such as gulab jamun, jalebi, barfi, and rasgulla. Responsibilities include preparing sweets from scratch using authentic recipes and high-quality ingredients, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the sweet-making area. The Indian Halwai will also be responsible for managing inventory, sourcing ingredients, and collaborating with other kitchen staff as needed.
