Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced and talented Chef de Partie specializing in Indian cuisine to lead our large kitchen operations in Indian restaurants and hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Indian culinary arts, with demonstrated expertise in managing large kitchen teams. Responsibilities include overseeing food preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards, managing inventory, training and supervising kitchen staff, and contributing to menu development tailored to Indian cuisine. The Chef de Partie - Indian Chef will play a pivotal role in maintaining the excellence and authenticity of our Indian cuisine offerings across multiple outlets.
